Beautiful 1000 sq/ft condo at Texas Motor Speedway located on the 5th floor with outdoor balcony. Fully furnished with wrap around leather couch and multiple TVs throughout. Plenty of bar stools and tabletops for entertaining and dining. Fully equipped spacious kitchen with premium appliances. All linens and kitchen utensils are included. Washer/dryer combo. Large bedroom with king size bed and flat screen TV. Couch in living room pulls out to a full size mattress. Condo also includes 2 additional foldable chair beds.
Enjoy the Texas shaped swimming pool and tennis courts exclusive to guests only. Exercise room located on lobby level.
Condo is conveniently located 15 miles from DFW airport. Short drives to both Downtown Dallas or the Stockyards in Ft. Worth. Besides having the best seats for all auto racing at Texas Motor Speedway, you have many attractions nearby. Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Texas Rangers Ballpark in Arlington and Dallas Mavericks/Dallas Stars at American Airlines Center all closely located. Less than 1 hour away from WinStar World Casino.
Tanger Outlet Mall , Buc-ees, and many restaurants within a 1/2 mile from condo. The Golf Club at Champions Circle is directly across the street, along with many other courses in the area.

Summary: My husband and I serve as chaplains for Supercross & Motocross. We had a race at the speedway and this play was absolutely perfect for us as we needed to go back and forth all weekend. The place is very clean and the host did an excellent job communicating with us. We’d love to stay again!

Summary: Staying here was the cherry on the top of my trip. The view was exceptional. The bed was so comfortable i slept thru the night. It was nice to cook a meal and able to find everything easily. So ready to book my next trip in a couple months.

Summary: My wife and I were attending an event at Texas Motor Speedway and found Evan’s place. Reasonably priced and right at the track, so we booked it. Evan answered questions I had about the property leading up to our stay, which was very helpful. Once we checked in, we immediately recognized how clean the place was, smelled really fresh as well! The greatest part was the BALCONY! It was a very warm weekend so my wife would hang out at the condo while I went and competed in the infield, she could easily step out on the balcony to watch. When she wanted to come meet me, it was a pretty easy walk for her to get down to the infield. We will be booking Evan’s place again.

Summary: If you are a race fan, or an automotive enthusiast. This is the place to stay for you!! The lone star tower is a very nice place to stay and is very close to the action at Texas Motor Speedway. Evan, (host) was very accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The condo was very clean the bed was comfortable. It had all the amenities of home. And the best part was the view of the track. We came down for the C10 nationals. It was nice to be close to the track when we got tired. Check out was even easy. Evan emailed detailed instruction on checkout procedure. Pretty easy deal. They didn’t ask for much. They take care of the rest. I would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Evan!!!
